The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions to the Arab American Bar Scholarship Foundation are deductible for income tax purposes to the extent permitted by law.

The AABAR Scholarship Foundation will award scholarships to meritorious law students attending an accredited Illinois law school pursuing a juris doctorate degree who have demonstrated interest in and commitment to the Arab American community through coursework, extracurricular activities, leadership, service, or volunteering. The number of scholarships will be decided based upon available funds. The availability of scholarships will be made known to various Illinois law school admissions offices.
The criteria used to select recipients includes academic performance, financial need, community involvement, leadership, and dedication to the Rule of Law.
501(c)(3) charitable tax exempt status was granted by the IRS, so at this time please consider pledging your donation to the AABAR Foundation. Your support will create brighter futures for the students with a commitment to the Arab American community.
